Tap or Flow is a social media platform designed for the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu community. We provide services including but not limited to:

  • User profiles and social networking features
  • Content sharing (posts, photos, videos)
  • Gym directory and location services
  • Messaging and communication tools
  • Training logs and progress tracking

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

4. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
  • Is sexually explicit or inappropriate
  • Promotes dangerous or illegal activities
  • Contains spam or misleading information
  • Violates the privacy of others

5. Code of Conduct

As a member of the Tap or Flow community, you agree to:

  • Respect all members of the BJJ community
  • Maintain the martial arts values of respect, discipline, and honor
  • Not engage in bullying, harassment, or discrimination
  • Not impersonate others or create fake accounts
  • Not use the Platform for commercial spam
  • Report violations of these Terms

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding user content) are owned by Tap or Flow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Disclaimers

Medical and Training Disclaimer

The Platform provides information about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training and techniques. This information is for educational purposes only and should not replace professional instruction. Always consult with qualified instructors and medical professionals before beginning any training program.

No Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tap or Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tap or Flow from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tap or Flow operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
